The Ogun State High Court of Justice will embark on Christmas recess from Thursday, December 21, 2023 to Monday, January 8, 2024.
A release signed by the Chief Judge of the State, Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu, indicated that during the recess, the trial of Civil Actions would be discontinued.
It stated that Normal Court sittings would resume on Monday, January 8, 2024 and during that period, Criminal matters would be taken and urgent Civil matters would be heard only by leave on the Application of both parties to the suit or their Counsel.
