The Chairman of Ifedara-Opeji Area Community Development Council (CDC) in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State and the Chairman of the Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation, a non governmental organization (NGO) for compassion, Alhaji Asiwaju Dapo Wahab has appealed to the people in the local government to come out in their thousands to vote for Hon. Elemide Oludaisi in the forthcoming State House of Assembly Election now scheduled for March 18.
Ascertaining that Hon. Oludaisi has done a lot for Odeda state constituency, Asiwaju Wahab said he was actually not campaigning for a party but for the law maker because he could attest to his achievements.
In a private chat with THE STATEPOST, Asiwaju Wahab noted that Hon. Oludaisi has done a lot for Ifedara-Opeji AREA CDC.
He said the lawmaker supported several projects which include many road constructions.
Asiwaju pointed out that Hon. Oludaisi is also very particular about the convenience of the people in his constituency as he helped a lot in the area of energy needs by helping to provide transformers in needy areas and the repair of faulty ones where necessary.
Enumerating some of the contributions of Hon Oludaisi to the development efforts of his constituency, Asiwaju Wahab said he would forever remember the astute lawmaker's support for the forthcoming Ifedara -Opeji Area CDC Security Summit slated for May, 2023.
Asked to evaluate the administration of Prince Dapo Abiodun in the State, the socialite described the governor as a resourceful administrator who had done extremely well.
According to Asiwaju Wahab, Gov. Abiodun had not only done well for the state in terms of projects which are distributed across the state but has also delivered on his electioneering campaign promises.
"A second term in office for the governor would help him to achieve his dream for the state", Asiwaju Wahab noted.
He lauded Prince Abiodun, saying he has performed creditably but that he could do more if given the chance.
